We have both training and non training options but everyone who walks through the door starts with an evaluation.  We’ll take a thorough look at your background and current lifestyle, injury history, training experience, sport of choice, goals and expectations and more.   After that the physical screen will focus on identifying faulty movement patterns, structural imbalances, mobility limitations and overall athleticism.  By the time we’re done we’ll have all the information we need to design an entirely individualized comprehensive strength and conditioning program that you can complete either here at our facility, at a gym closer to your location, or a combination of the two.
